Optical sensor for ‘ROLL2BASKET’
The optical sensor, which is optionally available for the ROLL2BASKET, recognises specific markings on the carrier tape.
This is used to control the feed unit and the clamp frame so that the embroidery area is precisely positioned in the embroidery field depth (Y-axis).
Possible applications include, for example, tapes that have a defined embroidery field or pattern due to textile printing or weaving, and therefore have to be embroidered with pinpoint accuracy.
