Easy Positioning Systems (EPS)
For your embroidery or
finishing with the heat press
EPS – Easy Positioning System
Position designs by projection, in embroidery and at the heat press.
Measuring by hand takes time and gives a slightly different result on every part. That applies to embroidery and to DTF transfer alike. The EPS projects the design, grids and virtual guide lines straight onto the textile or the platen.
The position is visible before the first stitch and before the press closes. What you see is what you get: the projected position is where the work happens.
You save the position per order and load it again next time. The result becomes repeatable, even when operators change.

The EPS HoopStation for embroidery
The HoopStation is a positioning system for embroidery in its own right. It works together with the HoopMaster. Three steps become simpler: placing the textile, placing the design, starting at the machine. Grids and your own guide lines define how the textile lies on the HoopMaster. The design is projected as well for a visual check. Once per order it is fine-adjusted within the hoop in the software.
The position is saved in the .Z00 stitch file. Every further piece is simply placed to the projected marks. No alignment at the machine is needed.
Positions and guides are saved per order. With the barcode scanner, the ZSK embroidery machine recalls the saved position automatically when the hoop is scanned.
The HoopMaster and Mighty Hoop frames are available separately.
The EPS BOW for the heat press
The BOW is designed for swing-away heat presses, that is presses whose upper platen swings out to the side. The table mount stands behind the press, the projector reaches over the platen. It shows motif, grids and guide lines, typically for DTF transfers. On a twin press it covers both platens, and you control them separately in the software.
Position, press time and temperature are stored as order data and loaded again for the next order.
What this changes in production
Positioning becomes a repeatable step, also for briefly trained staff. Measuring, marking and checking are no longer needed. That shortens the setup time per order, above all with many small orders. Alignment at the embroidery machine is no longer needed. Misplacements are avoided because the position is visible before the start. On higher-value textiles this protects the margin.
What the complete set contains
Table mount, control unit, projector, Android tablet and a 5 m HDMI cable. The HoopMaster is available separately.
