Order items that are not listed in the shop.

The ZSK spare parts shop is continuously growing and the vast majority of items are already available in the store. Nevertheless, it is possible that you are looking for a ZSK product that is not yet listed in the store. These items are also usually in stock in our warehouse and can be ordered in the online shop.

And this is how easy it works:

You log in to the online shop and call up the shopping cart. This works even if you do not have an item in your shopping cart yet. On the shopping cart page, you will find the option to name the product you are looking for or want - ideally with an item number you know or a description.

If the item is in stock, we will be happy to add it to your order. You can send the order even if there is no other product in the shopping cart. You will then first receive an order confirmation in which only shipping costs are included.

If the desired product is available, you will receive a new order confirmation from us, in which both the desired article, as well as the shipping costs are included.

If, contrary to expectations, the product is not available, you will be informed accordingly.
