With the OTS – One Touch Tension System, you get an upgrade that allows you to adjust thread tension on your ZSK embroidery machine simply, quickly, and precisely – without complex menus. The system is distinguished by a characteristic blue ring that sets it apart from traditional tension units.
The pre-tension units are precisely calibrated once – at the upper and middle thread tension. All further fine adjustments are then made using the main thread tension (also known as the roller thread tension).

Especially with compact single-head machines like the ZSK SPRINT, which are often used flexibly or positioned in areas with customer contact, a clean and consistent appearance plays an important role.
Designed specifically for the SPRINT series, the ZSK protective cover is made from durable, tear-resistant and water-repellent fabric:: it reduces contamination during downtime while maintaining a clean and professional overall appearance of your machine.
Even without a cover, ZSK embroidery machines are designed for reliable operation in typical production environments. However, the protective cover is a practical addition to further improve cleanliness and visual presentation.
The cover is finished in black and features a white ZSK logo. This ensures your SPRINT embroidery machine remains well-presented, high-quality and on-brand, even during idle periods.

WiFi Mapa adds wireless Wi-Fi connectivity to embroidery machines equipped with a USB port while simultaneously automating the distribution of embroidery files. Instead of manually transferring designs to individual machines using USB drives, embroidery files are centrally managed and automatically made available on their assigned machines.
Especially in operations with multiple machines, WiFi Mapa significantly reduces administrative effort. New or updated embroidery files only need to be saved once and are then automatically available on the appropriate machine.
Embroidery Files Where They Are Needed
Each machine is assigned a dedicated folder on a central computer or server. The WiFi Mapa software monitors these folders and automatically synchronises new or modified files with the corresponding machines. Changes are applied automatically, ensuring that the latest version of each assigned embroidery design is always available on the machine.
In practice, this means an embroidery design can be saved at a workstation and shortly afterwards be ready for use on the assigned machine – without a USB drive, without network cables and without any additional transfer process.
Less Administration, More Production
Anyone operating multiple embroidery machines is familiar with the effort involved in distributing and maintaining embroidery files. Files must be copied, transferred and kept up to date across different machines. With WiFi Mapa, this process is handled automatically.

Compatibility
AirBroidery is compatible with current ZSK controls and, in combination with the ZSK USB Floppy Emulator, can even enable wireless design transfer on machines dating back to the late 1980s.
Important when using the ZSK USB Floppy Emulator: an SD card is required. For MSCD controls, files in the folders “00.ZSK” to “99.ZSK” must be named sequentially from G000 to G099, e.g. G0xx.DST, G0xx.DSB, G0xx.DSZ.
