The TGEE Spooler 2.0 automatically winds up to 15 bobbins of yarn in a single operation, whereas other machines can only process one bobbin at a time. The bobbins can be wound with yarn from a cone of 5,000 metres, for example. Once the yarn has been wound onto the bobbin, it is cut fully automatically. ZSK Bobbin Winder – Fully Automatic Winding Solution for Embroidery Bobbins The ZSK bobbin winder winds embroidery bobbins fully automatically and evenly with thread. Designed as a professional bobbin winding solution for embroidery machines, the unit ensures a consistent and reproducible winding process without any manual intervention. The required number of wound bobbins can be conveniently set via an integrated counter. The winding process can be carried out using threads according to your own specifications. Thread colour and thread thickness can be freely selected, allowing bobbins to be precisely matched to the respective embroidery job, material or the ZSK embroidery machine in use. Empty bobbins are placed in a top-mounted storage hopper and are automatically fed into the winding process. Once the required amount of thread has been wound, the thread is automatically cut cleanly. The finished bobbin then drops into an output tray, while the next empty bobbin is automatically supplied. This supports efficient and uninterrupted workflows in industrial embroidery environments.
