This adapter plate enables the installation of the vibration damper (item no. 368001902) on embroidery machines of the J and RACER series with 1–6 heads. The adapter plate is not required for the JNFA 06 and RACER 6W embroidery machines. For a secure fit, the adapter plate is bolted to the machine at four mounting points. The front-facing central threaded bore is used to accommodate the levelling screw of the vibration damper. Vibration Dampers for ZSK Embroidery Machines The Vibration Dampers provide a stable and low-vibration setup for your ZSK embroidery machines, ensuring smoother operation during production. They replace the standard caster wheels supplied with ZSK RACER series machines for easier transport and positioning. During embroidery, depending on the machine size and speed, vibrations can occur that may negatively affect stitch precision and embroidery quality. Using vibration dampers stabilises the machine and can significantly improve stitch consistency and overall embroidery quality.
