The GEN 2 Cap Frame was developed for embroidering finished caps. Its construction helps make optimum use of the embroidery area on the front of the cap while supporting accurate alignment during the embroidery process.
For a wide range of cap styles and sports visors
Whether structured or unstructured, low profile, full crown, strapback, Flexfit, fitted, flat bill or pre-curved, the GEN 2 is suitable for a wide range of cap styles. New Era®, Pacific®, nylon and military-style caps, as well as sports visors with or without sweatbands, including tennis and golf visors, can be framed and embroidered securely.
Large embroidery area close to the cap bill
The bill clamp construction allows embroidery close to the cap bill. This provides additional usable space for logos, lettering and other designs.

This version of the GEN 2 Cap Frame has been developed specifically for Brother PR6 embroidery machines.
Requirement: Brother PRCF 3 or EPCF 1 cap driver.
Framing gauge note
When used with the patented HoopTech T-Bar Framing Gauge, framing finished caps becomes simple and repeatable. Use of this cap frame requires the T-BAR Framing Gage for cap frames item no. 570287.
