Use single frames efficiently in the border frame
The Z system enables the flexible use of wooden single frames with a special mounting system on ZSK flat embroidery machines with border frames. The single frames are attached to the pantograph using suitable adapters and can be quickly inserted or changed under the respective embroidery heads.

More flexibility when working with single frames
With the Z200 and Z360 fastening sets, single frames can be used efficiently on ZSK flat embroidery machines. The frames are attached to the pantograph using suitable adapters and can be quickly inserted or changed under the respective embroidery heads.
This makes the changeover from production with a border frame to production with single frames much less time-consuming. Prepared frames can be integrated into the production workflow more easily, reducing set-up times and making it easier to switch between different applications.
Stable fastening for different frame formats
Depending on the frame size, head distance, embroidery design and machine configuration, the fastening sets offer various combination options. Larger single frames can also be attached to the pantograph using a third stabilising point.
For pantographs with a depth of more than 500 mm, additional adjusting rails and stabilising plates may be required. This allows the system to be adapted to different production requirements and supports fast and secure frame changes.
