The Side of Cap Clamp is a robust, rail-mounted clamping system designed for embroidering the left and right side panels of finished caps – without using a cap driver. It mounts directly to the machine’s drive bar.
Its smart design offers clearance for the cap bill and allows stitching close to the sweatband edge, thanks to a slim stainless steel retainer. The clamp is operated by a single locking cam lever for fast and secure handling.
Pro Tip: Perfect Alignment Made Easy
For accurate placement of your design, apply a pressure-sensitive label (like Avery®) to mark the position. Use the label to align your design before clamping the cap.

The Side of Cap Clamp is mounted directly to the machine’s drive bar. Machine-specific adapter brackets are bolted to the clamp body, allowing for a precise fit to your embroidery setup.
