Vibration Damper for ZSK Embroidery Machines

The Vibration Damper provide a stable and low-vibration setup for your ZSK embroidery machines, ensuring smoother operation during production. They replace the standard caster wheels supplied with ZSK RACER series machines ex works for easier transport and positioning.

During embroidery, depending on floor conditions, the machine size and speed, vibrations can occur that may negatively affect stitch precision and embroidery quality. Using vibration dampers stabilises the machine and can significantly improve stitch consistency and overall embroidery quality.

• For the following ZSK embroidery machines, you will need the adapter plate item no.: 361999289 to install the vibration damper:
