Magnetic Patch Frame - for SPRINT Border Frame

This magnetic patch frame is based on the proven ZSK SPRINT Border Frame and adds a separate lower frame that holds a hook-and-loop backing plate measuring 470 × 320 mm.

Embroider your emblems and designs into the tensioned fabric first, then add the patch backing in a single, repeatable workflow – ready for laser cutting.

How it works

1. Hoop the fabric. Tension your base fabric in the SPRINT border frame and embroider the emblems or designs as usual.
2. Insert the hook-and-loop plate. Place a 470 × 320 mm hook-and-loop plate into the separate lower frame.
3. Fix with magnets. The lower frame is held in position underneath the border frame by magnets – no tools, no screws, exact repeat positioning.
4. Sew on the hook-and-loop. Stitch the hook-and-loop backing to the patches in the same run.
5. Cut to shape. Send the finished patches straight to the laser cutter for clean, contour-accurate edges. /ol>
