‘Pinch me’
Introducing 'Pinch Me', a fun and innovative demonstrator that showcases the power of technical embroidery and electronics integration. With two embroidered control elements and two PCBs, this sample was produced fully automatically using a ZSK embroidery machine, without any need for operator intervention. The PCBs were expertly placed and fixed using ZSK’s PCB Laying Device, while the connections between the PCBs and the control elements were embroidered with conductive thread.
Pinch one or both control elements and the four RGB LEDs light up in the corresponding color. It's a simple yet effective way to experience the automated and reliable integration of electronics via embroidery.
