Needle Angle Gauge – for Reproducible Alignment of the Embroidery Needle
The precise position of the embroidery needle can have an important influence on the thread path and the embroidery result. With the Needle Angle Gauge, the embroidery needle can be inserted easily and consistently at a defined angle.
The gauge provides fixed angle markings for 0°, 10° and 15°. In combination with the Needle Alignment Magnet, the position of the needle eye can be checked quickly and the needle can be aligned in a controlled manner. We recommend inserting the embroidery needle in the 0° position first. The needle should only be turned slightly if the thread starts to fray or thread breaks occur.
This makes the gauge a practical aid for consistent and reproducible needle setting in day-to-day embroidery work. It helps with the controlled insertion of the embroidery needle and makes adjustments to the needle angle targeted and easy to reproduce.
