ZSK PoolBox – the Hub of Your Digital Embroidery Production

A small device with a big impact: the ZSK PoolBox connects embroidery data, ZSK embroidery machines and production data within a standardised ZSK infrastructure.

It provides central access to embroidery designs, connects ZSK embroidery machines to the network in a simple and controlled way, and supplies data for digital workflow solutions such as MY.ZSK, Production Planner, ZSK Terminal and other ZSK applications. This makes the PoolBox the central technical basis for networked ZSK production processes – today and for future digital ZSK services.

Provide embroidery data centrally

The PoolBox provides 32 GB of network storage for embroidery designs. The prepared folder structure with 50 preconfigured folders from p01 to p50 supports the organisation of embroidery data for machines, work areas and production processes. Additional subfolders can be created as required.

Embroidery data from EPCwin, BasePac or other embroidery software can be stored centrally and loaded directly by connected ZSK embroidery machines – manually, via barcode scanner or in RINGBUFFER operation. This turns a file storage system into a production-related data source for machines, operators and digital ZSK workflow solutions.

Connect machines simply and in a controlled way

The PoolBox acts as a standardised gateway between the company network and the machine network. It manages its own machine network and automatically assigns IP addresses to the connected ZSK embroidery machines via the integrated DHCP server.

This eliminates the need for manual IP configuration on the machines and ensures that the network connection follows a clearly defined structure specified by ZSK.

Prepared for RINGBUFFER and MY.ZSK

The ZSK PoolBox is prepared for RINGBUFFER operation with up to 50 ZSK embroidery machines. In this mode, the T8 control can automatically process provided embroidery data one file after another.

The MY.ZSK DataCollector is already preinstalled on the PoolBox. It records production data from the connected machines and makes it available for analysis in MY.ZSK. This makes quantities, running times, machine performance and utilisation easier to evaluate.

The basis for digital workflow solutions from ZSK

The PoolBox is not only a storage device and gateway, but also the central data hub for digital ZSK applications. It provides machine and production data used by solutions such as MY.ZSK, Production Planner and ZSK Terminal.

This creates a shared infrastructure for embroidery data, machines, orders and analysis – instead of isolated individual solutions.
