Personalise shirt collars and shoes with embroidery
The Würker specialist embroidery frame for ZSK SPRINT and RACER series embroidery machines is designed specifically for embroidering logos, names and custom designs on shirt collars and shoes. It can also be used on cuffs, belts and the backs of caps and expands the range of your embroidery services.
Save time on shirt collar embroidery
The Würker specialist frame allows you to embroider both the left and right sides of shirt collars accurately. The shirt does not need to be fully unpacked. Pins used to secure the packaged shirt can also remain in place during embroidery. This saves time and reduces unnecessary handling.
Integrated measuring scales along the sides of the frame help you achieve accurate, repeatable positioning. Foam padding on the underside of the clamping levers protects delicate fabrics from pressure marks.
The asymmetrical lever system uses levers of different sizes to hold even irregular shapes securely and provide greater clamping depth.
Custom embroidery for shoes
From club crests on football boots and company logos on work shoes to designs on canvas trainers, there are many ways to personalise footwear.
The size of the clamping area can be adjusted to suit different shoe shapes, allowing flexible placement of the embroidery.
Create monograms and align embroidery designs
The T8 functions on your ZSK embroidery machine offer additional options for fast, accurate embroidery:
- T8 Writing: Create and stitch out monograms directly from the machine's control panel – no external software required.
- T8 Alignment: Electronic alignment assistance for accurate design placement using two reference points.
