ROLL2BASKET

Solutions for semi-automatic and fully automatic embroidery production on textile rolls

ROLL2BASKET enables the embroidery of textile tapes with a width of 10mm to 150mm on a maximum embroidery field of 150mm x 200mm.

Depending on your requirements, you can embroider in one or more colours. In addition to pure embroidery, the use of other ZSK equipment such as sequins, beads and ribbons is also possible.

All embroidery machines in the SPRINT or RACER series that have at least the tubular arm and border frame options can be retrofitted with the ROLL2BASKET. The system can also be operated on several heads in parallel on the RACER series.

The equipment is mounted using the tubular arm brackets. The pull-through device is attached to the front of the tabletop.

The device requires compressed air for operation, so it needs to be connected to a compressor.

Optical Sensor

The optional optical sensor available for the ROLL2BASKET recognises specific markings on the carrier belt.

Automatic Winding Unit

The optional automatic winding unit supports further industrial processing, as this usually requires rolls of material.

Embroidery machines must be technically prepared for the control of the expansion devices. This can be set up at the factory when a new machine is ordered or retrofitted at a later date.

The extended table plate is mandatory for the use of ROLL2BASKET on SPRINT 6 and SPRINT 7.

ROLL2BASKET - Winding Unit

Automatic Winding Unit In the basic version of the ROLL2BASKET, the embroidered ribbon material is collected in a basket. The optional available automatic winding unit supports industrial processing, because this usually requires rolled goods. Rolls with a diameter of up to 400 mm offer plenty of space for the finished embroidered tapes, even with a maximum material thickness of 5 mm.

Optical sensor for ‘ROLL2BASKET’

Optical sensor for ‘ROLL2BASKET’ The optical sensor, which is optionally available for the ROLL2BASKET, recognises specific markings on the carrier tape. This is used to control the feed unit and the clamp frame so that the embroidery area is precisely positioned in the embroidery field depth (Y-axis). Possible applications include, for example, tapes that have a defined embroidery field or pattern due to textile printing or weaving, and therefore have to be embroidered with pinpoint accuracy.
