Sharply defined 3D logos in white
The Würker 3D embroidery foam in White, density 75D, is the firm variant for sharply defined, raised embroidery motifs. It suits designs with light-coloured thread, for example on caps, badges or dark fabrics.
Benefits in practice
75D holds sharp edges during stitching, resulting in boldly defined logos and lettering. The needle perforates the foam along the dense satin stitches; excess material can be removed easily afterwards. In White, the foam suits light-coloured thread on dark fabrics particularly well, without showing through at the edges. As with EVA foam in general, care should take the textile, thread and foam together into account – the manufacturer's care instructions for the respective textile remain decisive.
Format and hoop compatibility
The 280 × 280 mm format covers commonly used hoop sizes up to about 10″ x 10″, such as Mighty Hoop, and can be used in many applications without prior cutting.
