The Würker 3D embroidery foam in Blue, density 75D, delivers sharply defined 3D logos in a colour that combines well with corporate and uniform colours. It suits designs with blue thread, for example on corporate wear, workwear or club apparel.

Benefits in practice

The 75D density holds sharp edges during stitching and produces boldly defined motifs that keep their shape even after frequent wear. During stitching, the needle perforates the foam along the dense satin stitches; excess material can be removed afterwards. The blue colour prevents a differently coloured foam from showing through at the edges when stitching with blue thread. As with EVA foam in general, care should take the textile, thread and foam together into account – the manufacturer's care instructions for the respective textile remain decisive.

Format and hoop compatibility

The 280 × 280 mm format covers commonly used hoop sizes up to about 10″ x 10″, such as Mighty Hoop, and can be used in many applications without prior cutting.
